The Course

Description of the course

The course is located on sandy ground and therefore playable all year round. The first nine holes were created in 1972, based on a design by Frank Pennink, in a wavy landscape with woods, heath and a sand drift. In 1992, the extension to 18 holes was realised according to a design by Donald Steel. In 2011, an important track renovation was completed under the direction of Frank Pont It brought the track to a higher level in terms of landscape and game technology. Good course management is rewarded at “De Gelpenberg”, and the largest natural bunker at the 18th hole (the sand drift) makes your round of golf a unique experience.
